Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL is a regionally producing theatre affiliated with Actor's Equity Association, The League of Resident Theatres, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and United Scenic Artists. Riverside Children's Theatre, the educational arm of Riverside, offers classes, camps, and training opportunities in the areas of theatre, dance, music, and video for all ages on a year round basis.

Cast

Cristal Aparicio (Mrs. Claus) has loved singing and dancing since she was a little girl. She grew to have a passion for it. She is currently a junior in high school and hopes to be an actor when she gets older. Riverside has really taught her a lot and continues to teach her. She is very thankful for the opportunities.

Emma Canipe (Elf 2) is a 3rd grader, and this is her first performance. She is excited to have the opportunity to be on stage. Emma loves to read and is very inquisitive. When she is not telling jokes or playing piano she is taking care of her bunny Buttercup. Emma enjoys the outdoors with her friends, playing soccer, tennis, and golf. She is happiest when surrounded by her sister, mom, and dad. 

Jackson Colontrelle (Mr. Donner) is an 8th grader who loves to act and aspires to be on Broadway. Aside from theater, Jackson loves volleyball and tennis and is a member of Model UN at his school. This will be Jackson's 4th show at Riverside and he would like to thank his family and God. 

Ava Cook (Dolly) is a 9th grade student. She began dancing and singing at 4 years old and began choral classes at Osceola Magnet and Grove Middle School where she performed at the 2018 Florida All-State Chorus. With a passion for performing, Ava loves acting and musical theater. She loves to draw, her grey tabby cat, Halloween and everything Marvel. After High School, she plans to attend a school of the arts to continue her training. Ava thanks Riverside Theatre for this opportunity and can’t wait for the show to begin.

Ivy Cunningham (Bumble) is excited to be performing in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer JR.! Ivy loves performing at Riverside Theatre and hopes to be a professional actor someday! Previous shows at Riverside she has appeared in include: Willy Wonka KIDS, Winnie The Pooh KIDS, Annie JR., Children of Eden JR., and Frozen KIDS! She would like to thank her family for always supporting her, especially her older sister Kayleigh for inspiring her to do theatre, the directors for making this show happen, and God for giving her this opportunity! 

Jamin Dunham (Boss Elf) is a 5th grader and is thrilled to be in his first show ever at Riverside Theatre. He is happy to have recently moved to Vero Beach and wants to be an aeronautical engineer for SpaceX or NASA someday. He'd like to thank his big sister Aubrey for always singing and performing and encouraging him that he could do it too! 

Ivy Engel (Hermey) is in 7th grade. She loves acting and singing. Her overall favorite role she has ever played was as Gay Wellington in You Can't Take it With You. Her favorite broadway show is Hamilton.

Quincy Frandsen (Charlie-In-The-Box) is nine years old. She enjoys all things theater including being on stage, singing, tap dancing, and acting. Her other hobbies are golfing and playing her guitar. She loves performing at Riverside just like her older brother and sister did. Past shows include Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat and Frozen Kids (role of Young Ana). She is thankful for this fun opportunity!

Evie Fusselman (Elf 4) is a Vero Beach native, currently in 4th grade. This is her third year participating in a Riverside Theatre event. She loves singing, dancing, Squishmallows, LOL dolls, and all things glitter. When she grows up she wants to be a professional singer and baker. 

Claire Haller (Fireball) is 11 years old. Her favorite subject in school is history and Spanish. She likes to play sports at school like volleyball in the fall, basketball in the winter, and lacrosse in the spring. Her favorite shows are “Victorious”, “iCarly”, and “Stranger Things”. She wants to be a fashion designer or a producer. She’d like to thank her whole family, but mostly her sister Grace Haller because she told me Riverside was a good idea and helped me perfect everything. 

Lilia Hayes (Elf 1) is 10 years old. She has loved learning from and performing at Riverside Theatre. She was inspired to become involved in theater arts by shows like The Greatest Showman and Hamilton. She has enjoyed performing in shows at Riverside such as Elf JR. and Into the Woods. She is grateful for the opportunity to perform and add bright spots to the lives of others.

Sebastian Holbrook (Elf 3) is an Atlanta native who loves playing the piano and building legos. He has performed in Frozen JR. and Elf JR.

Kerry Keeney (Aviator Elf) is in the 3rd grade. Her favorite movie is Spider-Man. MJ is her favorite actor in that movie. One day she hopes to do a big play or show. She loves the stage. The last play she did was Into The Woods, she played the Grannie. Her passion has always been music and art. She believes that the stage is part of art. 

Lydia Lewis (Spotted Elephant, Chronicler Reporter) is in 5th grade. She sings in the Panther Performer chorus and is a safety patrol. Her favorite role on Riverside's stage was young frog in A Year with Frog and Toad.

Brieyana Miranda (Sam) is very excited to be participating in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer JR.! She has been at Riverside Theatre since she was seven. It has been absolutely incredible and she has loved every minute of it. Her dream is to be able to work as a children’s theatre director (hopefully at Riverside Theatre). She would like to thank her mom, dad, grandparents, Carlee, Alana, Kevin, Debbie, the Riverside staff, Sadie, and the whole Rankin family. She would also like to thank God for giving her the ability and opportunity to perform. 

Carlee Miranda (Santa Claus) loves musical theatre and is excited to be in another show at Riverside Theatre! When Carlee is not singing and dancing, she loves to read and spend time in the kitchen baking. She would like to thank God, her family for their support, and Kevin, Debbie, and the Riverside staff for all they do. 

Grace Murdy (Bird-Fish, Daily News Reporter) is ten years old and recently moved from Charleston, SC where she performed in Annie JR. and sang in the choir. She is very excited to be part of a Riverside Theatre production! Gracie also enjoys taking care of the environment and animals of all kinds. 

Ellie Palm (Rudolph) is homeschooled in Classical Conversations. She has enjoyed performing with Riverside Theatre, most recently as Abel in Children of Eden JR. She is so thankful for this opportunity and the friends she has made in the process. She hopes this show delights you and gives you the holiday spirit. 

Liam Perkel (Clarice's Father) is very excited to make his acting/musical debut in Riverside Theatre’s Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer JR. He is a gifted and vigilante shark currently in the 2nd grade. In his free time, Liam enjoys reading chapter books, gaming, and playing flag football and dodgeball. Liam is very grateful for his friends and family and wants to thank everyone for coming to see the show!

Maggie Rankin (Train, Chicago Reporter ) is in 7th grade and enjoys reading, friend time, and volunteering at her church. She was recently in her first show at Riverside Theatre, which was Into The Woods JR., and is looking forward to many more shows. She hopes to become a fashion designer in the future. Maggie would like to thank her family and especially Brieyana for their amazing support of her acting. 

Pittman Rankin (Coach Comet) is an 8th grader and is homeschooled. He enjoys playing soccer, as well as reading and theater. He just completed his first role at Riverside as Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods JR. He would like to thank his family and Brieyana for their support. 

Sadie Rankin (Yukon Cornelius) is a Junior in High School. This is her fourth show at Riverside Theatre, and she is looking forward to being in many more shows in the future. She hopes of becoming a director/producer in the film industry one day. She would like to thank her family and Brieyana for always supporting her.

Kamara Simon (King Moonracer) is a 6th grader. Kamara wants to be an actress and zoologist when she grows up. Her favorite show is “Young Sheldon”. Kamara loves everything about acting and is always performing for her family. One of her favorite plays was Lion King KIDS where she played the role of Zazu.

Morgan Thompson (Reindeer 3) is so excited to perform in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer JR. When she's not singing and dancing, Morgan loves to spend her time competitively jumping horses. She would like to thank Riverside Theatre and her family. Enjoy the show!

Emily Tuttle (Reindeer 1) has been in several Nutcracker ballets and has consistently taken musical theatre classes but has never been part of a musical production. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer JR. is her first production and she is excited for this show to mark the beginning of her Broadway journey!

Isabella Vargas (Mrs. Donner) is 10 years old and is in 5th grade. She was overjoyed to make her theatrical debut last summer as Cinderella's mother in Into The Woods JR. at Riverside Theater. She loves being on stage, expressing herself through song, and inspiring others to do the same. She also loves writing poetry and screenplays, and is crazy about cats! She hopes to one day be a singer/songwriter and to open a cat rescue. She would like to thank Mr. Kevin, Ms. Debbie, and everyone at Riverside for all of their support and encouragement, and for giving her this opportunity! 

Casey Watkins (Clarice) is a 5th grade student who plans on becoming a veterinarian and actress. She enjoys, school, music, art, and spending time training her two labs, Tillich and Sam.

Esme Weston (Plane, Daily Mail Reporter) is excited to be a part of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer JR. as her first theater performance! She loves to sing and dance and entertain! She has sung multiple solos in church and loves praise and worship music. She has an outgoing personality and will warm your heart. Her favorite things include her family, Jesus, brownies, and ice cream!

Ella Whitelock (Reindeer 2) is 9 years old and in 4th grade. She has loved the theater experience at Riverside and plans for this to be her first of many. Ella also enjoys tennis, lacrosse, baking, and swimming. She would like to thank her family for all their support in everything she does!

Jenna Wickre (Cowboy, Herald Reporter) loves acting! Her favorite role has been Young Frog in A Year with Frog and Toad. Jenna likes neurology and wants to become a neuroscientist when she's older. She can play the piano decently and would like to thank her family and 5 cats for making this a dream come true for her.
