Theatre Student Performance Auditions
Riverside Theatre seeks to transform lives by creating theater experiences for young people and families through our professional theater productions and our performance opportunities for young artists. Our productions listed below serve as opportunities for students to continue to learn and further develop their craft as young actors. Auditions are open to all (based on the specific criteria listed), and our plays are presented by the students under the guidance and direction of our award-winning educators and staff here at Riverside Theatre. All events are sure to delight and educate audiences of all ages. There is no cost to audition.
Open Youth Auditions
Advanced Performance Academy: JTF Competition Team
The advanced level academy will perform Guys and Dolls JR. staged as a minimal concert show on October 10. Based on the legendary, multi-award-winning, musical comedy classic about rolling the dice and falling in love under the lights of Broadway, its namesake ran for 1,200 performances when it opened on Broadway in 1950, winning numerous Tony Awards including Best Musical. The expectation is that the full cast will travel to the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta, GA to present 15 minutes in competition January 16-20, 2025.
Riverside Dance Festival
Be part of an Intensive Summer Study presented by Riverside Theatre and Ballet Vero Beach. Accepted students will experience day-to-day life with Pigeonwing Dance.
