Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL is a regionally producing theatre affiliated with Actor's Equity Association, The League of Resident Theatres, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and United Scenic Artists. Riverside Children's Theatre, the educational arm of Riverside, offers classes, camps, and training opportunities in the areas of theatre, dance, music, and video for all ages on a year round basis.

Erica Lee Bigelow (Lina Lamont) is a Manhattan based performer originally from Midland, MI. She is so happy to be bringing one of her favorite musicals to life here in sunny Florida! Recent credits include the national tour of How the Grinch Stole ChristmasThe Revolutionists (Marie Antoinette), Disaster (Sister Mary Downy), Disenchanted (Cinderella), You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Lucy), Seussical (Mayzie LaBird). Steve Brady* (R.F. Simpson) returns to Riverside after last season’s Yankee Tavern, 2023’s Bakersfield Mist, and 2016’s Freud’s Last Session, on the Waxlax Stage. He’s also appeared in 42nd Street, West Side Story and Midnight Clear, way back in 2001. Based in NYC, he’s performed in many, many plays and musicals around the country including National and International Tours, many television gigs, and once even on Broadway! 


Katie Scarlett Brunson* (Ensemble) Riverside Theatre debut! National Tours: Something Rotten! (Swing) Regional: Singin’ In The Rain (Ogunquit Playhouse); 42nd Street, Singin’ In The Rain (North Shore Music Theatre); Anything Goes (Westchester Broadway Theatre); 42nd Street (Anytime Annie, Reagle Music Theatre). Bianca Bulgarelli* (Ensemble) is delighted to be returning to Riverside Theatre for the second time! Credits include West Side Story (PCLO), Evita (ART/Shakespeare Theatre Co.), A Chorus Line (Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival), White Christmas (Springer Opera House), Carousel (Riverside Theatre) and Grease (Lyric Theatre OKC). Sarah Buscaino* (Ensemble)  is thrilled to be back at Riverside for the 5th time! Some of her favorite credits include - On Your Feet! (Paper Mill Playhouse ), New York City Opera (Pigmalion), Chicago, 42nd Street, Saturday Night Fever (Riverside Theatre), Memphis (Walnut Street Theatre). Sarah is also a master teacher and choreographer connecting with students all over the country. Endless gratitude to the Buscaino clan for supporting all of my dreams. David Calahan (Extra)  is very excited to return to Riverside Theatre in his second production on the Mainstage. In June of 2024 he graduated from his high school, Indian River Charter Schumann School for the Visual and Performing arts where he played Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors, Matt in The Fantasticks, Theodore “Laurie” Laurence in Little Woman, and Henry Foster in Brave New World. Joe Capstick* (Cosmo Brown) happily returns to Riverside Theatre, where he was last seen in the ensemble of 42nd Street, to play his dream role! Select regional credits include Dippy in Anything Goes (The Muny), Bill Calhoun in Kiss Me, Kate (Skylight Music Theatre), George in The Drowsy Chaperone (Peninsula Players Theatre), and the ensembles of Holiday Inn (Drury Lane Theatre, Marriott Theatre), Funny Girl and White Christmas (MSMT), South Pacific (Fulton Theatre), and Newsies (Paramount Theatre). This one is for Kelcey, my fiancée and the love of my life. I cannot wait to marry you.

Peyton Dickens (Extra) is a Texas native, a semi-perfectionist, and a “recovering” caffeine addict. When she’s not working as Riverside’s Community Engagement Instructor and Coordinator, she’s on or behind the stage. Her recent credits include: Hope Cladwell in Urinetown, Ms. Rona Lisa Peretti/Olive’s Mom in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Sunny Freitag in The Last Night of Ballyhoo, Lady Macduff in Macbeth, and Candy in Zombie Prom. 


Zak Edwards* (Ensemble/Tenor) is excited to return to Riverside after over a decade away! He was Man 1 in The World Goes ‘Round here in 2013. Broadway: Barry Manilow’s Harmony (Cantor, Obersturmfuhrer, u/s Erich, Lesh, and Standartenfuhrer). Off Broadway: Harmony, Yank! (Melanie). First national tours: An American in Paris (u/s Adam), Young Frankenstein. Sara Esty* (Kathy Selden) Riverside Theatre debut! A former soloist with Miami City Ballet, Sara is a Princess Grace Award recipient for excellence in dance. Michael Everett* (Ensemble) is excited to be making his debut performance at Riverside Theatre! This will also be his first time performing Singin’ in the Rain and he’s so grateful for the opportunity to work with this talented team. Michael’s previous credits include the First National Tour of Disney’s Frozen, the First National our of Disney’s Aladdin the Musical, and both the National and International Touring Companies of Riverdance. Stacia Fernandez* (Dora Bailey/Diction Teacher/Ensemble) is thrilled to be here again, last here as Kate in Kiss me Kate. Broadway includes: Mamma Mia, The Drowsey Chaperone (performed the Tony Award Winning Role), Swing, Tom Sawyer, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Beauty and The Beast. Across the country in dozens theatres and among her favorite roles are Schneider in Cabaret, dual roles in Jane Eyre, Diana in Next to Normal, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls. Kelly Gleason* (Olga/Ensemble) is thrilled to join the cast of Singin’ in the Rain! National tour credits include My Fair Lady, Chicago (Hunyak u/s Roxie), and 42nd Street. Hudson Hirst (Young Cosmo) is absolutely thrilled to join the cast of Singin’ in the Rain, his first professional production. Previously at Riverside Hudson has played Lord Farquaad in Shrek KIDS, Pa Otter in Emmet Otter’s Jug Band Christmas and Marlin in Finding Nemo. When not on stage you will find Hudson sailing, flying somewhere around the world, or playing his guitar. Hudson would like to thank the director, Richard Stafford, for giving him the opportunity to play Young Cosmo, all of his fellow cast mates who have made this experience so wonderful, everyone at Riverside, his Dad, (who is always his greatest inspiration), his Mom, his sister Madelynne, and Yeshua!

Jacob Major* (Ensemble) is thrilled to return to Riverside! He was just seen in theatres around the country on the 1st National Tour of Mrs. Doubtfire (Flamenco Dancer/Ensemble). Regional highlights: TUTS (Mamma Mia, Beauty and the Beast, Elf), Riverside (Carousel), Cincinnati Playhouse (A Chorus Line), Tuacahn, STAGES St. Louis. He is a proud graduate of Elon University’s BFA Music Theatre program, and originally from Houston. Matthew Marvin* (Ensemble) is thrilled to be making his Riverside Theatre debut! National Tour: Elf The Musical. Mychal Phillips* (Zelda) is thrilled to be making her Riverside Theatre debut! Grant Pickering (Young Don) is very excited to be a part of Singin’ in the Rain and loves working with the cast. His most recent theatre credit includes Guys and Dolls Jr. (Harry the Horse). Born in Bakersfield, California, Grant now resides in Vero Beach, Florida with his parents and his beloved dog, Tilly. Grant is grateful to his friend, Cameron for inspiring him to start acting. He also is thankful for all of the love and support from his family, friends and especially his fifth grade classmates.  


Patrick Richwood* (Roscoe Dexter) is delighted to be back at Riverside Theater. Favorite Theatre roles include: Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors, Goat in The Robber Bridegroom (Off Broadway), Constantin in The Seagull, Albert in The Body Beautiful (Off Broadway and Cast Recording), Renfield in Dracula, Stephen Stevens in Down South (Off Broadway), Mr. Smee in Peter Pan (National Tour starring Cathy Rigby), Freddy/Phillip in Noises Off and Ellard Simms in The Foreigner (Helen Hayes Award). Over 100 wacky commercials, 3 Television series and 24 films, including The Princess Diaries, Dear God, Beaches, The Race to Space, Runaway Bride, Streets, ArmageddonThe Other Sister and Soul Surfer have made his face a familiar one. Michael Starr* (Don Lockwood) Riverside debut! Michael was just Off-Broadway in A Sign of the Times at New World Stages. Currently, he can be seen in Encore! on Disney+ and in Bad Trip on NetflixNational Tour: Bright Star.
