MYSTIC PIZZA PROMOTIONAL DRAWING RULES & REGULATIONS:
All sales transactions are final. No refunds. Only ticket holders with validly paid Mystic Pizza tickets purchased by December 31, 2024 are eligible to participate in the drawing. The drawing will take place at Riverside Theatre on January 2, 2025. Only one eligible person may be entered in the drawing per transaction sold. Riverside Theatre, Inc. will record the name and contact information of that person as the holder of record of that particular ticket. Three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries and may choose 1 prize of their choice from the 3 prizes listed above. Prize will be awarded only to the winner(s). The winner(s) need not be present to win. We will contact the three winners on January 2, 2025 and announce on this page and on Riverside Theatre’s facebook page.
You must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid email address or phone number, a driver's license or State-issued ID card, and be a resident of the United States to be eligible to win a prize. Drawing excludes all Riverside Theatre employees (and their immediate family members) from eligibility. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Please see the published list of prizes. Winners of the drawing shall be subject to verification of compliance with these rules and regulations. The winners may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this drawing. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions for cash or other prizes are permitted by winners. Prize must be claimed by the end of the performance dates of Mystic Pizza.
By participating in the drawing you accept and agree to be bound to these Rules and Restrictions and the decisions of Riverside Theatre, Inc., which shall be final; and you further agree that your name and/or likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may otherwise be used by Riverside Theatre, Inc. for publicity purposes in print or on the internet. The names of the winners may be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law.
