Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL is a regionally producing theatre affiliated with Actor's Equity Association, The League of Resident Theatres, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and United Scenic Artists. Riverside Children's Theatre, the educational arm of Riverside, offers classes, camps, and training opportunities in the areas of theatre, dance, music, and video for all ages on a year round basis.

Riverside Theatre 2024 Vegas Nights Raffle Rules

Riverside Theatre, Inc. (RT), a nonprofit Florida corporation, is a tax-exempt organization under state and federal laws. RT is conducting this raffle as a way to raise funds for the Our Youth Tuition Assistance & Outreach Programs. The official rules and regulations of the Riverside Theatre 2024 Vegas Nights Raffle Rules are set forth below. By trading Casino Chips won at Vegas Nights for raffle tickets, or by purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations. Casino Chips may only be exchanged for raffle tickets, no cash exchange is permitted. RT’s interpretation and application of the rules and regulations shall be final.

 

COMEDY + CASINO GAMES PACKAGE 1: $85 = $150 Casino Chips, Additional Casino Chips exchange rate is $10 = $30 Casino Chips, 2 Wristbands:  25% off drink per guest per order, 1 Comedy Zone Ticket

COMEDY + CASINO PACKAGE 2: $65: = $100 Casino Chips, Additional Casino Chips exchange rate is $10 = $30 Casino Chips, 2 Wristbands:  25% off drink per guest per order, 1 Comedy Zone Ticket

CASINO PACKAGE 3: $50 = $100 Casino Chips, Additional Casino Chips exchange rate is $10 = $30 Casino Chips, 2 Wristbands:  25% off drink per guest per order

CASINO ONLY: $20 = $40 Casino Chips

Grand Finale Prize Drawings

Raffle tickets are $40 Casino Chips or $20 each paid by US Currency, and must be purchased by 9:00 PM EDT on July 20, 2024. The Grand Finale Prize Drawing will take place the following Tuesday, July 23, 2024. All sales transactions are final. No refunds. Only ticket holders with validly paid tickets are eligible to participate in the raffle. Only one eligible person may be entered in the raffle per ticket sold. Riverside Theatre, Inc. will record the name and contact information of that person as the holder of record of that particular ticket. Prizes will be awarded only to the holder of record of a winning ticket. The winner need not be present to win.

 

Weekend Prize Drawings

Raffle tickets are paid by $40 Casino Chips or $20 each paid by US Currency, and must be purchased by 9:00 PM EDT on the following dates: 7/11, 7/12, 7/13, 7/18, 7/19, 7/20, 2024. The raffle drawing will take place the following Tuesdays: 7/16, 7/23, 2024. All sales transactions are final. No refunds. Only ticket holders with validly paid tickets are eligible to participate in the raffle. Only one eligible person may be entered in the raffle per ticket sold. Riverside Theatre, Inc. will record the name and contact information of that person as the holder of record of that particular ticket. Prizes will be awarded only to the holder of record of a winning ticket. The winner need not be present to win.

You must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid email address or phone number, a driver's license or State-issued ID card, and be a resident of the United States to purchase tickets or win the prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Please see the published list of raffle prizes. Winners of the raffle shall be subject to verification of compliance with these rules and regulations. The winners may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this raffle. Winners assume and are solely responsible for payment of all local, state, and federal taxes. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions for cash or other prizes are permitted by winners. Prizes must be claimed within three months of the actual draw date. If the prize is not claimed, it will be re-entered into a future drawing.

By purchasing a raffle ticket paid by Casino Chips or US Currency, you accept and agree to be bound to these Rules and Restrictions and the decisions of Riverside Theatre, Inc., which shall be final; and you further agree that your name and/or likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may otherwise be used by Riverside Theatre, Inc. for publicity purposes in print or on the internet. The names of the winners may be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law.
